With just over a week to go, till my gallery studio officially opens, I'm just putting the finishing touches to a few new paintings. Here's the latest painting, Kielder Observatory. A continuation from the Starry Tyne series, but paying closer attention to the constellations, given the astronomical location.

Do a summer one!not much daylight this far north but Scorpius and Sagittarius are amazing. I was born in Hartlepool and would take my binoculars and get the united bus to great ayton then camp up on the Yorkshire moors to look at southern sky objects. 25/1/2020 12:17:11 am
I love that the sponsors are hosting a community dinner for all of us. I think that people need to go and do this for their community as well. Maintaining a great relationship and rapport with your community is important. I am not saying that you should do it as frequently as this, but do it whenever you can. I want to try and give people some good advice on what they want to do to build a great community.
